Please be advised that your deadline is the 1st of the month following 60 days from your hire date to enroll in these voluntary benefits.
You must contact Mount Airy Casino Resort's representative Mario Valori 856-371-2729 to enroll in your Aflac Benefits.

There are 4 Aflac plans to choose from Accident, Hospital, Critical Illness and Cancer. You must also enroll in Paycom first.
