All Voluntary Benefit plans are designed to provide medical gap insurance. The benefits are paid directly to you to spend on critical accident or critical illnesses expenses that you may need cash to help with your bills.

5- In 2025-2026, all Compass Academy Charter School employees must complete the onboarding process and update your profile, dependents, etc.

6-You will find documents that Compass Academy requires you to read and acknowledge that you have received them.
